We will be performing a server hardware upgrade on Thursday, November 12th, 2009.Â The upgrade will begin at around 7 p.m. andÂ should be complete by 2 a.m.Â Â During this time their may be service interruptions while we perform the actual hardware upgrade and necessary data migrations.

We do not anticipate any outages to be extensive and weÂ have made plans accordingly to prevent such instances.Â If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@pagethis.com.

There will be a brief service outage on Saturday, August 22nd, 2009 for scheduled yearly maintenance.Â The outage should affect no single customer for longer than 30 minutes.

This notice is to inform you of an upcoming planned service outage on Friday, October 3rd, 2008.Â Beginning at 4 p.m. EDT, all services will become unavailable while we upgrade all of our servers and services and perform yearly maintenance.Â Upgrades will consist of new hardware, implementing a newer operating system and hosting platform, and an all new server management system.Â What this means for you is increased reliability, increased performance, and most important of all, a demonstration of our commitment to keeping your website online and making your hosting experience the best possible. All services should be restored by 6 a.m. EDT on Saturday, October 4th, 2008.Â If additional time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be sure to update you with the progress and estimated restoration time.

Please note: All mail services during this time will be queued and all mail received to any address hosted by PAGEthis will be delivered upon restoration of services.

Lastly, we will provide you with an email update as soon as all services are restored for your convenience and notification.

New Support System Launched!

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new support system for PAGEthis Web Hosting and Design. With this new support system, we will be better able to serve your needs, respond to your requests, and allow you to take the best advantage of all of the resources that we offer.

We are also excited because this support system also allows us to offer a Live Response system. When one of our support or sales staff members is online and available, visitors will be able to open a live chat with them to get further help and support.

To access this new system, please go to http://support.pagethis.com/ and for your username, use the same username and password you use for our billing system when you set it up. This will then allow you to post a new support ticket, read knowledgebase articles, and much more. If you have any trouble accessing this, please be sure you have first setup and are able to access your billing account at http://billing.pagethis.com/client/.
